  • 200 g dark chocolate min. 50% cocoa - or dark mind. 60% cocoa content
  • 3 eggs - size L, very fresh, best organic
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • Bittersweet or dark chocolate - To Decorate

INSTRUCTIONS

  • As a first cut You the eggs and beat the egg white stiffly beaten egg whites. The egg whites in the fridge.
